Cardio, Strength & Conditioning Classes

This 45-minute class is a mix of cardio and strength work to ensure your whole body gets a workout. The session includes cardiovascular, strength training and body weight exercises. I always give modifications for any exercise that may not be suitable to make sure everyone gets a workout that suits their ability. I change the session each week so we are always doing something different. Ideally, we should be working on both our strength and cardiovascular fitness at least four times a week, so this is the ideal opportunity to help meet those goals.
Classes run twice a week on Thursday and Saturday. Please check the timetable for more details.
